The website dedicated to
first aid education
The European Reference Centre for First Aid Education was created on October 1st 1996 on the initiative of the First Aid Education European Network that brings together today 52 Red Cross and Red Crescent National Societies.
The Centre's "raison d'être " was and remains to favour sharing of knowledge and competencies on First Aid in Europe.
From 1996 to 2002, the Centre was managed by the Belgian Red Cross - Flemish community. Since January 2003, this mission has been entrusted to the French Red Cross.
